Wedding Day Coordination  

 

Have you considered the "day

of" wedding coordinator? Day of coordination is designed for the Bride who has the time to successfully plan the wedding. We will review wedding plans, finalize the time line, and fully direct rehearsal, ceremony and reception through completion of reception formalities.

 

Contrary to popular belief, a "day of" coordinator actually enters into  the wedding planning during the final month of preparation. There are a lot of details to be concerned about on your wedding day. Why not let a coordinator be concerned about the details instead of you?

 

During the month leading up to your big day the coordinator will make sure that all contracts have been signed with all vendors, ensure that everything from the flower girl's dress to your dress will be ready, confirm the final itinerary with you and all of your vendors and, most important of all, take the stress from you!

 
An Elegant Wedding’s will accomplish your plans and desires. Services offered, but not limited to are: 

 

  • Attend/direct ceremony rehearsal
  • Arriving 2 hrs. before to ensure that everything is in place for

              both cremony and reception

  • Distribute flowers to the bridal party
  • Direct any family or friends who are assisting with wedding duties
  • Line up bridal party for the processional
  • Cue musicians for the processional
  • Oversee set up, decorations, linens, rentals, etc.
  •  
    Greet and direct guests to cocktail hour
  • Line up family and bridal party for introductions at the reception
  • Coordinate the collecting of gifts at the reception
  • Ensure that the timeline is being met 
  • Collect all personal items for the bride and groom and arrange   delivery to prearranged destination

 

An Elegant Wedding Day

 Full wedding plannning for the bride and groom who want assistance from  

the very beginning through to the cutting of the cake.   The stress is alleviated and allows the couple to enjoy their time of engagement while a we handle all of the details.  A few of the services provided are listed below:

         

  • Provide ceremony and reception site options
  • Coordinate time to visit each site with Bride and Groom until a selection/election is made 
  •  
    Review contracts for ceremony and reception sites
  • Provide a list of officiates for ceremony, set up appointments for interview
  • Recommend vendors based on the budget and desires, make appointments, and meet with you and vendors when necessary
  • Review and negotiate contracts for vendors
  • Secure room blocks and hotel accommodations for guests and bridal  party, if necessary
  • Oversee ceremony rehearsal
  • Prepare ceremony/reception seating chart

 

A La Carte

 

• Confirm vendor arrivals - day of wedding (list provided by bride)
• Ceremony timeline (assist with agenda and send timeline to vendors)
• Vendor confirmation 1 week prior to event (phone calls and letters sent to vendors)
• Assist with invitations and addressing envelopes correctly Coordinate rehearsal dinner (Find location within your budget)
• Review vendor proposals and contracts (offer suggestions)
• RSVP and entree tracking
• Ceremony/Reception attendance (6 hours)

 



Officiating  

 

  • Florida Notary
  • Attend rehearsal
  • Assist with placement of bridal party
  • Assist with or provide vows - traditional and non-traditional
  • Vow renewals
  • File all necessary paper work 
  • Provide personal marriage certificate to bride and groom 

 

 

 

  

Decorating Only 

  • Decorate ceremony/reception site with customer provided decorations
